Michelle has been a strong community advocate and social support worker in marginalized communities for the past 15 years. Drawing on her own lived experiences and strong anti-oppression training, she employs a balanced approach of education, support, and court challenges to make a difference in the quality of life experienced by marginalized people.

With Diversity Training Live, a consulting and training company that provides high energy, keynotes, speeches and dynamic workshops on diversity, human rights, harassment, sexism, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ability/disability, Michelle uses an entertaining and enjoyable approach to bring dignity and respect to all.
